The number of International Schools in Sri Lanka has grown tremendously over the past few years. This is mainly due to the desire by many parents to give their children the desired education in English medium and also due to the various problems and shortcomings in Government schools. However it is very important to properly investigate the right international school before you enroll your child to one. Otherwise you might be left years later wondering whether a different school might have produced a different kid.

That is why when selecting an Sri Lankan International School it is important to see whether it also develops the proper morals, values and attitudes in students while they receive an English medium education. These aspects are more important for your child’s education in an International School than its buildings, infrastructure or high school fees.

At Crescent Schools International we give priority to instilling the proper morals, values and positive attitudes in our students while they receive a high quality English medium education. To achieve this end we run our International school with a highly qualified and experienced panel of 85+ teaching staff who are under the guidance and direct supervision of a senior, more experienced and dedicated 7 member school administrative management team. Our current student population of about 1500 is an indication of the recognition and trust placed on us by thousands of Sri Lankan parents.

Our Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dr. Deepika Priyadharshani who is in charge of the entire school’s management is a holder of MSc. and PhD and has a vast experience in the field of education from abroad and from within Sri Lanka.

Mr. M.M.M. Aiyub, is the principal of all branches of Crescent Schools International. He is an English trained teacher and a former Government Zonal Education officer for Gampaha and Colombo Districts. With more than forty years service in the education field both locally and overseas.

The school administrative management team comprises of qualified and experienced personal who enables us to provide proper training, assistance and guidance to the Sectional Heads and Academic Staff of our school’s branches at Colombo 9, Colombo 15, Wellampitiya and Ratnapura. The collective effort and contribution of our dedicated management team and the academic staff has helped us to witness remarkable academic development at Crescent Schools International.
